Nerfed Sutures

- Doubled opiate patch effectiveness (now drains withdrawal and addiction at a rate of 2 per second)
- Removed cooldowns from antibiotic glue (why did this exist? im not sure)
- Added a talent that reduces self med effectiveness, but increases your effectiveness when treating others, and increases self med cooldowns

Medicine rebalance
- Saline gains a cooldown of 3 seconds between uses
- Blood packs heal 40/60 bloodloss and have a cooldown of 10 seconds between uses
- Morphine adjusted to heal 25/40 of all physical damage types, instead of having varying effects on different ones, but increased cooldown from 3 to 5 seconds
- Fentanyl has had its cooldown increased from 5 to 10 seconds
- Syringes shatter if you shoot them into a wall (previously they did nothing)

- Reworked Naloxone: Now nigh-instantly cures opiate overdose and analgesia. Does not affect addiction or withdrawal.
- Added Opium Patches: Increases your susceptibility to opiate overdose, but gets rid of opiate addiction and withdrawal over time.
- Buffed Bio-Foam Injector: New recipe: 4 Morphine + 1 Antibiotic Glue = 4 Bio-Foam. Works like Morphine, AbxGlue, ABX, and a Bandage all in one.
- Added Blood Clots: Replaces organ damage for Antibiotic Glue and Bio-Foam Injectors. At high levels, causes heart damage. Reduced by laying in a healing pod or using Stabilozine.

Halved the efficacy of sutures against gunshot wounds

- Bio-Foam Injectors heal the same amount, but do so twice as quickly (over 10 seconds instead of 20)
- Nerfed Healing Pods (halved the major damage reductions)
- Organ damage afflictions now apply more negative effects: damaged lungs reduce your ability to hold your breath, kidneys and liver make you more susceptible to poison even at low levels, brain makes you mores susceptible to stun, heart reduces your speed and melee abilities
