added easier differentiation on the 2 mods, there is now a small description that explains what both mods do, there is also name changes of the mods, so that should also make it easier.

Mod versions have also been updated and now shows the correct version, aka at the moment of this change log: 1.7 for the retail version and 1.6 for the home version, as it came one version later.
