Release v1.0

• Prevented the Enhanced Storage store from spawning at the Outpost, cutting off access to all stations added by the mod.

• Removed the ability for Storage Matter to spawn when killing enemies.

• Created recipes for the Liquid Tanks and Capacity Level Indicators, allowing them to now be crafted.
