small fix for tainted lazarus check

Rep+ Internal Item Descriptions update

- fixed Snake Oil being able to be charged and fired while under temporary invincibility effects like The Chariot.
- fixed Snake Oil not automatically firing if player had Itchy Trigger Finger (potato pack 1)
- fixed end of combat triggers (Bound Spirit and Action Box) not working if you were playing as Tainted Lazarus

added check to brain sapper for the fiend folio slammer enemy and its variants

fixed shape box giving wisps when no pickup was taken

-Fixed paper plane tears from Stack of Papers not despawning

-Chocolate Bar cannot appear for T.Lost anymore.

fixed rocket fuel rockets blowing up vending machines but not marking them as 'killed' allowing them to respawn when the room is re-entered

monster meal now uses item pool instead of just a random id of all trinkets/cards in the game

-fixed Chocolate Bar rerolling hp up items into other hp up items
-fixed Chocolate Bar rerolling hp up items into breakfast if boss item pool is empty
