Fixed bug where raid wouldn't work if round was restarted.

Fixed a bug that broke the reputation reset if multiple raid commands were used.

Removed the "!Peace" command instead the raid is ended at the end of the round.

Commands are:
"!Raid" To initiate the raid.
"!Peace" to stop the raid and return the reputation to normal with a debuff of -20 reputation to said faction.
