Mod updates: Checkpoints, bug fixes, difficulty balancing, small map changes, more conveyance, some aesthetic updates.

Known bugs: virals on the roof phase through the fence; dialogue has some temporary quirks; zfighting and other visual concerns; empty nooks and crannies in back corner of map; empty shelves in pawn shop; trap does not damage player

Planned updates: more pickups/less statics, dialogue upgrade (planned out on paper, just need to implement), final aesthetics and lighting pass, a little more feedback/conveyance in certain areas (tell me where its needed), fix the issue with the virals on the roof, game break testing (break it and tell me where it breaks)
