Now you can spam single-use augments out of combat. They won't lock up unless you're in combat, and still only refresh at the start of combat.

Cleaned up item re-definitions.
Removed Empower Augment compat from the "item stuck to a weapon"-type augments (blunderbuss, machete, slingshot)
Added compat for upcoming Slingshot Knight mod (WAugs should be loaded AFTER Slingshot Knight for maximum compatibility. At worst, the item description looks weird)
