Small update

- Made some changes to the moodle. Now the moodle will always display when you are high, as it should
- Integration with Chuck's Mod Update and Alert System
- Many lua improvements
- The pollen press will press hash twice as fast

Customize your high!!! All previously added dynamic stat changes in the last update can now be changed to whatever the player desires, for custom balancing across all preferences!!! All options can be found in the sandbox settings.

Dynamic Stat Changes!!!

The high moodle/stat is no longer only visual. The length of time the player is high directly controls certain stat changes.

Weed is no longer 100% buff, and will debuff the player slightly in a realistic way


Below are all the stat changes controlled by the high moodle. These will all be in the mod page description when I overhaul that entirely.

Boredom, sickness/foodsickness, unhappiness, discomfort, hunger, fatigue, thirst, anger, morale, stress, and panic. All of these are changed every 10 in game minutes, and their values will be customizable sandbox options next small update, coming very soon.

Updated for 42.4, including removing temp fix for duplicating pipes vanilla recipe that was fixed with this update. Double checked for any Thigglewhat. Also added custom high moodle that is currently visual only, but will control buffs and debuffs from Reefer Madness consumables next major update!

Absolutely nothing of note... updated a texture for an unused model for an upcoming feature. Comes with the added benefit of not breaking TV and Radio context menus this time. Stay tuned :)
