September Update

Main changes:
-Hunter-chopper bombing is now enabled by default
-The skybox has been expanded in the ocean/wasteland directions
-Several other very minor tweaks

Bug fixes:
-NPCs can no longer open the city gates when they're unpowered
-Fixed a broken soundscape in the rebel underground
-The door under the rebel base no longer screams when forced open

Additions
-npc_metropolice can now pass through the forcefields
-npc_crabsynth and npc_scripted_combineguard can now use the heavy gates
-Some new fences/cover on the rebel side
-An extra door on one of the Combine-side streets that had very little cover

-Fixed a lighting issue on one of the canal locks
-Made the forward gate a bit slower

Additions
-Added shutter to the Gateway Hub
-The windows on the gateway hub are now breakable
-The shutter automatically closes if the main window breaks
-The gate in front of the Gateway Hub is now openable
-Both it and the main gate will now also automatically open for hunters, striders and APCs
-Added two new teleporters in the spawn room going to the canal
-Players can now pass through the forcefields when using a Combine playermodel

Changes / fixes
-Fixed some missing nodegraph connections in the rebel underground
-The auxillary gate is now open by default
-Aircraft can now be recalled by the automatic aircraft calls system
-Added an NPC clip under the Gateway Hub to stop scanners from getting stuck
-Updated one of the canal locks to reduce the number of props
