29/06 Translation of mods (PT_BR)/(EN_US) Description

Now that the official pt_br translation is finally here (Make sure to thank the translators!), I have decided to remove the Trans_tools part of this project, this part of the mod was a just a demonstration and was never supposed to substitute a proper translation anyways, but now that more portuguese speakers are going to experience the game there will be more demand for translated mods, and I feel that the Trans_tools part of this mod was just to much jank and weight to keep around. There is also changes on how the mods are translated, now their titles and descriptions are also translated.
I also removed most of the information on how this mods works from this description, If you would like to know how Trans_tools or the translation of workshop mods works check this steam guide that I wrote.

Disabled the creation of .rpym files, since they broke things.

This update is focused on compatibility with the upcoming offical PT_BR translation. I should've done this a long time ago, but I justified my laziness with the fact that since I had to replace the "game/00src/translation.rpy" file to make this mod work, it would never be compatible with the official translation without manual intervention anyways, so I just trusted the subscribers to disable the mod in-game when the official translation came out. But then I realized that having two translation files using the same code (pt_br) causes renpy to crash, so I needed to act before this mod broke the whole game. I changed all "pt_br" strings to "pt_br_exp", changed "Português Brasileiro" to "Auto. Português" and also changed the flag's picture and filename. This should be enough to avoid a hard crash when the translation update releases, but subscribers will still need to disable/unsubscribe the mod to use the official localization before I manually update the "translation.rpy" file.

Note: Did you know that the word "desinscrever" (unsubscribe) didn't exist until these two last decades?

Thank you very much for the comments! I just hope that you are excited for the mod translations and not the """translation""" of the base game...

For now no one complained, made sugestions or reported an error, so in this update I just translated (text only) "Waiting for the bus" it is more or less a third of Volcadera Witch Project and was made primarily to demonstrate the game's mod loader. Honestly I should have translated it first, but VWP was more fun to translate. I also changed the mod's image for something more "informative" and with 1:1 aspect ratio.

And of course, happy (late) birthday!
