compile 8k lightmap
add more counter terrorist spawn
fix item template

now prop_phys_override have health health is different for each prop type.
zombies can pick up knife in spawn point of map
that can push a prop only once per round.
fixed item picker filter every round
[if you can't pick up knife. you need to cs2fixes plugins]
