Separated the Additional Conditions and Additional Effort Trackers into two separate bags.
Added Blind and Spore to the Additional Conditions bag.

Moved pre-loaded conditions to an "Additional Assets" bag. They can be manually added from this bag to the game state, in case your class needs them but did not add them automatically.

Added the remaining blueprint items at the levels in which all of their prerequisites are available. This adds the following:

• Level 4+: Rust Powder / Shadow Stompers
• Level 5+: Charm of Expertise / Detonator
• Level 9: Everlasting Boots

Cloak of Many Pockets and Spiked Shell were not added.
• Spiked Shell was not added as its prerequisites are not available even at Level 9 in the test environment's item pool.
• Cloak of Many Pockets was not added due to balance concerns.
