- Added the following government types:

- There is also a duplicate 'Khanate' government type meant to cover other countries that realistically would also use the title of khan for their monarchs. This dupe Khanate gov. type triggers if your primary culture has the Mongol Language heritage trait, or your country is Uyghuristan or Manchuria.

- Added a new game rule that sets Futa Toro and Futa Jallon's government type to either Oligarchy Theocracy (default setting and more historical) or vanilla's Autocratic Monarchy on game start.

- Changed the triggers to the Ethiopian government types, so that Harar will use the vanilla Emirate (as its rulers were historically called Emirs).

- Renamed 'Imaama' to 'Hereditary Imaama'

- Renamed 'Here There Be Bears' to 'Here Be Bears'

- So apparently Iquicha already has a unique government type in Victoria 3, so I've soft removed Iquicha's modded republiqueta government type from the mod so that vanilla's unique government type takes priority.
