reduced brightness of electro gun particles
added hudhint for electro gun fire countdown
adjusted the helicopter collision

turned off dynamic shadows on some of the street lights
adjusted some particles
added dynamic lighting for the flamethrower
increased the damage of the electro gun (this is due to zombie HP not being set by the beginning of the round resulting in zombies usually surviving the electro gun)

reworked the win/special weapons access system
removed some lighting inside the parking garage to improve performance

fixed grenade launcher
turned up the extreme levels color correction
removed an object out of the skybox that would render a black block when looking outside of the parking garage from a certain angle
