Reworked Cyborg Completely. Has now access to unique weapons on magnetic and beam tier. Based on Major from Ghost in a shell. Strong at hacking and against robotics.
Left the "old" weapon categories so anyone using the OLD cyborg will have no problems as nothing is changed for them.
