Added the new Cards, with extreme thanks to Pants99 code!! Excluding the name, bloody fantastic job!! Full props for the code on the score board there!!

Updated filters for drawing on the board (just the icons) for things like show strat reserves etc

Feat: Added new objective markers with better colouring for red and blue.
Feat: added 2 new states for terraformed with colour coding.

Feat: Able to click anywhere on objectives to change state.
Fix: Removed the “holy hell what an ugly objective marker” colours :D

Feat: Added random WTC mission drawing
Added a secret "Hutber" dice in the board somewhere.
Feat: Added the `click twice to start game` fail safe, to avoid any reasons for not being able to start the game (you will still need 2 players seated)
