Hotfixed a spelling mistake I've been meaning to fix for a while.

Increased Steer-falloff from 0.68 to 0.8

Changed Steer-falloff from 0.8 to 0.68.

I just felt my ship was still a bit too agile at taking corner-series.

Changed Steer-Tilt from 45 to 40.

So... with this second re-release, after messing up the model-size *again*, I remade the Illumination-map, to fix an issue that's been bothering me for a while now.

I don't really remember other changes I made, but I did reduce the grip of the ship from 9 to 7, iirc...
