Added the 1998 draft class (for the most part) Fixed some players who did not have faces as well as mispellings. Will add 1999 and check for missing players soon

Added parts of the 1998 draft class. Been busy with Irl work.

Added the 1996 and 1997 draft class. Updated certain player photos. Lastly, edited player photos to ensure they worked and added for players that did not have a picture.
