Nearly a complete re-write

Should be compatible with most if not all lights
modded or vanilla; attached or in hands

The glow radius now follows a piece-wise linear function to determine the appropriate size based off of in-game light strength and distance
An exception is made for lanterns which have a manually set radius that is larger than flashlights
modded lanterns will need a patch if this implementation continues, they should still have glow, just not as much as vanilla hand-held lanterns

-Complete re-write focusing on dynamically adding a glow radius vs hard-coding based on item names
-Attached flashlight support

Bugfixes:
-Fixed bug that made lights persist on death if the player was holding a light on death.
-Fixed unintended small radius on FlashLight_AngleHead (non-army)

Features:
-Added quite a sizeable light radius to all lanterns - feedback wanted on if it's too large
-Added small light radius to candles
