Ver 1.2: New LAP plus slight Up Special Nerf

Itazura's Up Special bumper now activates on frame 7.
Additionally, Itazura's up throw now has 6 more meme bubbles, 5 of which are specific interactions with:
- Blookirb
- Jake
- Tidus
- Sephiroth
- The Phony
