- Fixed issues where using a car would get you through a player banned zone
- Added new setting to prevent loading up of vanilla zones (eg you are using a totally different map)

- Implemented no fire feature. Unticking this option will prevent fire from spreading in the zone. Note that the animation may briefly play, but no damage and no spreading will happen
