"The Highlander Update"

The highlander ("no duplicates") perks now provide a small amount of bonus even if you have duplicate perks, so you won't feel too bad about picking them when you already have duplicate perks now, I hope.


...Might make Millhouse as playable character in the future?

- reno (relic): trigger time 6s -> 5s
- relic wand (perk): now also grant 10 elemental damage
- new perk: duplicate
- hogger (boss): reduced HP and ultimate damage

- new choice event, and the event pool is adjusted and should be able to see custom event now

Firelord: Startup -> Overclock, max level is now 1
Removed Cold Nature from the perk pool
Ice barrier: max level is now 2

Great Arcane Missile: damage increase by 50% -> 66%, and get an arcane missile emoji
Ice barrier: now have a max level of 1
Wildfire: reduce regen by 10 for 3 seconds -> reduce regen by 9
