V.1.0 Proper: The Definitive SVU Modpack

- Completely covers the entire BeamNG catalogue into one, neat package for Jack Rossman's SVU3 mod, including B41 and B42 support on top of everything.
- No more unnecessary filler, everything is finally compiled into a singular location that (finally) separates itself from SVU2's shackles
- It also lets me be able to easily update this for any new BeamNG cars, as well as update old models as they come around
- Who knows, maybe I could get around to expanding the armor catalogue. We'll just have to wait and see...
