Now only this patch is needed to play Legacy of Valyria alongside the COW Compach for Legacy of Valyria

Update

- Fixed the issue that caused Alessian's children to not inherit both Alessian traits and Alessian blood.

Reason = A Legacy of Valyria On_actions file was changing the on_birth_child file for some reason, causing the child_birth_on_actions text files to not be applied,
Now it's solved battlements for now.
