- Added Continuous Charging mechanic
-> SandboxVar added
-> Charges batteries slowly while in the craft, letting you cancel it anytime. If disabled, you have to finish the craft fully for any progress to be made.

- Swapped from Recipes to Custom TimedActions
-> Time needed is now Dynamic and based on the Battery percentage.
- Added Sandbox Variables
-> You can now change the time it takes for a battery to be recharged, enable Strength based modifiers and set a minimum Strength Level requirement to use the recharger!
