After further testing, there are too many bugs with the 64x128 sprite fix. From brightness issues, to temporary copies being left rendered on screen for sprites which face left or right by default and switch when attacking, to some particlle effects becoming flaky, it's just not worth all the side effects. I will re-examine this issue in a seperate add-on to not cause any further issues with people just trying to play the game and who might not care about the stupid hats issue.

Restored 64x128 "stupid hats" fix, but now, the pass is disabled when any dialog box/modal window is open, preventing the z-order from confusing tooltip rendering

dwarves have most of their customization back, halflings too, and human females got their hair back
