- Adds 5000 unit Gas storage tank to the part list and M49A2C
* Note this is a test release as for some reason my local version will not update for me to test without first updating it through the workshop, ignore any issues with the M49A2C for now. (If it works great!)

Updated 78amgeneralM50A3.txt to make it consistent with the most updated KI5 file. This should correct the invisible parts bug.
