RPG now also gets deleted when drone gets deleted, for example by zeus

Instead of a RPG item being placed next to it and then being attached. Now a RPG spawns within the init script of the drone itself. The RPG now can not be picked up by players anymore.

A visual RPG rocket is now loaded in the RPG and its no longer a empty RPG item.
