Additions:
- Added visor bodygroup for 02 HECU
- Added charge plug to the front of the PCV
- Added "unique" camo for 02 HECU. Only difference between 01 and 02 camos are different front pocket patches which get hidden by the vest anyway, this change was done to allow users to more easily change the camos on both HECU types individually
- Added one unique face textures for 01 HECU models (Bill) for consistency with BMCER
- Added one unique face textures for 02 HECU models (Sean) for consistency with BMCER

Changes:
- Redone camo(Here the models are separated)
- Redone sleeve patches
- 01 HECU now use Operation Black Mesa-ish style black tactical gloves
- 02 HECU now use regular military leather gloves
- Reworked PCV vest to have more lore accurate webbing setup on the backside
- Walkietalkie is now hanging from the vest strap as permanent part of the model instead of being attached to shoulder webbing
- Adjusted placement of the combat knife to be bit more lore accurate
- MOPP hood now goes over the straps instead of under them

Fixes:
- Potentially fixed missing face textures when not also using BMCER once and for all
