-Added menu panel where you can edit certain convars that increase/decrease plane and bomb intervals. This will now be compatible with a new mod I am making for the same bombing run addon that uses JMod.

changed console command from bombing_run 0 and 1 to bombing_run_stop and bombing_run_start
