[FIX] Fixed the issue where Alyx in the EP1 intro does not disappear with the Vortigaunt.

[FIX] Now Alyx can correctly close her eyes when she dies.
[FIX] Corrected the issue where the model in the EP1 intro was not replaced.
[IMPROVEMENT] Improved the ragdoll.
[FIX] Fixed other minor issues.
