Final Update:
- Hall of Sham door now opens when teleporting back upstairs after collecting all artifacts
- Hollow Knight is back in the Hall of Sham
- Elevator button spawns below if player jumps off to prevent softlock
- Dust cloud texture replaced with higher resolution version
- Replaced map icon to resemble the position of the original Sham's Room icon
