Sham's Room REBORN

After a year of on and off work, here it is: a full remake/sequel of my first map, Sham's Room.

I made the original Sham's Room in 2022 as an exercise in learning the Hammer editor for the first time. While I have a fondness for the original, my inexperience bleeds through it just from playing it. It's laggy, terribly optimized, has missing assets, and the cubemaps are atrocious. Sham's Room Reborn was my opportunity to rectify all these errors while also showing how far I've come. I haven't published many maps, but that's only because I've been working on several big projects at once, namely my Yume Nikki recreation. In Sham's Room Reborn, I tried to go as far as my current skills could take me. Surreal set pieces, immersive soundscapes, and TONS of custom assets alongside a much more optimized map has made for one of my best works yet.
