Added game.cfg script pre-loading. This will now preload CVars before map load which is very useful for some skill options and stuff like ai_force_serverside_ragdoll 1 which only applied on newly spawned NPCs.
Fixed broken workflow when Friendly Fire was not installed.
Script ID: 1 is now used by default.

Removed custom sound scripts loader for causing conflicts with custom campaigns with new custom sound scripts.

Added episodic particles and sounds to manifest files.

Script MultiLoader is now able to manipulate skill value
While partially true, npcs related values will still work incorrectly when defined from location other than "skill.cfg"
That means if you want your mod which changes NPCs health to work correctly, you need to change "skill.cfg" instead of using Script MultiLoader scripts.
