- Added `net_maxcleartime`, forced to 0.0001.
(Unrelated to this mod, but lowering it improves hit registration and reduces choke.
I tested it on a friend's low-end PC and it worked flawlessly.
And honestly, if you’ve got a bad PC or bad connection, why would you even host a game in the first place or even using this mod???)

- Changed title to a more matching name.

- Tweaked nb_update_frequency 0.0 => 0.014 as it does the same thing, and i think it will save some performance.
- Tweaked nb_yaw_rate 660 => 800 so witches don't get melee'd to death.

- Somehow, the descriptions of the cvars where in spanish, i don't know how i missed this???? (translated now, and more descriptive).
