Buffs
+ Made USPECIAL snap onto ledges if close.
+ Reduced USPECIAL's cooldown on hit to be the same between all angles (15 frames after the move ends).
Nerfs
- Made base hurtbox wider.
- Adjusted hitbox positions and sizes to prevent odd hits.
- Removed UAIR's side-launching hitboxes.
- Increased UAIR's startup and landing lag, and reduced its damage.
- Increased the endlag of JAB1.
- Reduced the amount of time DATTACK's sourspot lasts in the air.
- Removed NSPECIAL and FSPECIAL's ability to break projectiles (NSPECIAL was unintended, anyway!)
- Gave FSPECIAL's slam whifflag (oopsie!)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ NSPECIAL's attack now stops when parried.
+ FSPECIAL now stops/slows on hit by default; holding forward will keep your momentum.
+ Added 6 more Miiverse posts.
+ Fixed FSPECIAL's landed holding frame being odd at times.
+ Fixed USPECIAL messing up hurtbox rotations when interrupted.
+ Fixed the grounded hurt sprite being offset incorrectly.
+ Added Finished tag (oops!)
