Added new features and fixed issues!

Added:
-Ship tilt display in bridge
-Spotlight for AA guns
-Working spotlights
-Exterior lighting + extra NAV lights
-Functional light cranes
-Steam whistle
-Tilt warning system that features flashing lights and buzzers!

Fixed:
-Improved ship stability
