-merged and cleaned up health/armor check ranges so there are not two of each anymore
-fixed more scaling, mostly on the key display (added an option to display text or not)
-changed armor red text to be set below 25 armor (more in range of where it was on the original hud for color range)
-when loading a slug shell into the shotgun, the hud will now show the loaded shell as the current ammo count

-added an options menu to the mod menu, more options might be added later. or can be used from console with prefix "SCH"
-added options to optionally display items on the hud / automap.
-added scale options for hitmarker to be independant of crosshair size. (Restored the option to have hitmarker scaling)
-adjusted some offsets / display scale when rendering the hud at 720/800p (make sure the HUD rendering scale is at 1)
-added an offset option to the top elements of the HUD for when performance overlays use that space.
