SCHud for Selaco

Description
This adds a DooM inspired replacement HUD to Selaco from mods such as 'Neo Complex', 'Project Complexity' and 'Complex CF: Chaos Lite'. This variant of the HUD design is a hybrid of v2 and v3 of the design but designed to use HUD elements from Selaco.

wanted to use the in-game fonts for the numbering and other elements but there were issues with doing so.

[to do:]
-at some point still consider rewriting the Tick() block to be have functions only needed by this hud. (low urgency)
-clean up some the testing script bits that are now unused (low urgency)
-add more options to select optional items to be displayed/non-displayed
-add options to further allow for scaling of items (on, off or console based)
-finish the armor icon
-find a way to make the mod text work for weapons in a way that works and doesnt look off. (see below)

[known issues:]
-text for mods on weapons will not show, currently intended to not be displayed.
-unable to use in-game fonts directly without scaling issues with the rest of the HUD

[unknown:]
-Hud scaling of elements and armor save text location at 1440p and above.

I find those number, icons of this UI. En, quality is left to be desiered. I think a simple mod to remove the helmet's line around the border and the black bar is more than good enough.

Normally i have the pickup sprite for the weapon displayed there instead but having the weapon icons is pretty nice too. i want to get something like it for the armor display since the current icon is mostly a placeholder and doesnt change based on protection level.

It's mostly the brighter elements on the HUD that turn green on that level.

I love how you overlayed the weapon icons underneath the counter, really well done and fitting with the game! Nice nostalgic throwback with the Doom font too :SoldierThumbsUp::SoldierThumbsUp:

Oh my god you even went the extra mile to make the HUD green in Level 6-3.

That's really cool!
