Added new relics!

Legally Binding Contract: "Gain [E] at the start of your turn. Chat can solo spam and backseat. If the recipient complains, they must right click this relic. If the relic is right clicked, chat can no longer solo spam or backseat."

Hoarder's Collection: "Gain [E] at the start of your turn. You can no longer remove at shops."

Cursed Altar: "Right click to lose 6 HP to gain [E][E]."

Ascendance: "All cards start combat upgraded."

Burning Hammer: "You can now Upgrade 3 cards at a rest site at the cost of 10 HP. Doesn't work if you have less than 3 unupgraded cards. Once selected, cannot be cancelled."

Reworked a relic:

Boomerang: Right clicking now stuns all enemies

Reworked the great runes to feel better and not be as buggy, hopefully not buggy at all
