(these changes should ensure that grounded uspecial becomes a lot more threatening as an offensive tool rather than just being good at being defensive)

(this was left over stats from deer which made it much harder to di her and this was not intentional)

-Fstrong endlag increased from 19 -> 23
-Dtilt distance reduced
-Dtilt main hitbox scaling increased from .5 -> .6 (makes it combo worse at later percents)

-Doll heal reduced from 15 -> 12 (doll has a lot to it besides its healing now)
-Taker ground hand 3 hitstun multiplier decreased from 1.2 -> 1.1 (the wall version is still 1.2)

FUTURE PLANS (cus i am waiting on coder)
~Fspecial will no longer save positions if interrupted
~Hangedman hitbox will not be active for a few frames each time spooky flips it (gives it time for opponents to process the field growing)
~Siren shadow will have a white outline when spooky flips her (helps make it clearer for the opponent)
~Siren will be given a short arming time of 20 frames (helps her not instantly start tracking if spooky activates door on the opponent)
~Siren turn speed might be made a bit worse (i can do this right now but i dont want to touch siren till after i can test the arming stuff)
