(Mildly) late one year anniversary update
-Separated the white progessbar and red outline, so it should now look and function like L4D1's healthbars.

-Small fix for something only i'd ever notice/care about.

-Moved crouch icon to roughly where it actually is in Versus.

Surprise holiday-sized update
-Increased the size of pz_charge_bg to be the same as it is in Versus.
-Increased the size of local player's portrait and incap/dead skull.
-Flipped Francis' portrait.
-Incap skull is now animated and will slowly flash red and white (like in nextHUD).
-Moved the local player's voice icon closer to the healthbar.
-Slightly increased the size of skull icon on the teammate panel.
-Slightly moved the player label when spectating.
-Updated the look of progressbar_fill (again).
-Adjusted the splatters on the Survivors' incap VGUI (again).
-Very minor file optimization.
