Here's a balancing update for Mosa Lina. I've improved its consistency by adjusting some card counts; MUSHROOM has been removed, there's one less copy of DELETE, LADDER has one more copy, and BOMB has one more copy. On the topic of BOMB, I also lowered its value.

Mosa Lina also has 17 Health now! It just felt like the right number.
