Updated for pressurization

WARNING! I'm placing the new code here, but until you make the physical changes to the craft, it is not recommended to use this code!

- Adjusted PID's to compensate for the new atmospheric drag conditions
** Craft now exceeds 150 m/s at sea level STABLE

- Added ability for smart quad to slow down before reaching a target when AP is on and Tar is active (blinking green)
- Added variable pitch to avoid stalls instead of lowering speeds.
- Eco Mode now set to 900 RPM (sips on battery)
- Several other flight stability improvements
- Added high precision hover ability (engages when craft is moving less than 1 m/s and AP is set to 0 speed) which causes the craft to not move one millimeter while hovering.

FLIGHT STABILITY (autopilot)
- New formulas for pitching/banking
- Craft now hovers without moving (at all)
- Pitching up to brake is far more stable

GENERAL FLIGHT STABILITY
- Removed the RPM zones added
- Made the computer smarter - the more load placed on props, the higher the RPM

MISC
- Lights toggle on and off with short presses, brights toggle on with a long-press
