-> If the liege is player, and is also the heir, a script will imediatelly generate a legitimized bastard for the vassal!

A hotfix for the know issue:
A script will add legitimate bastards to aging, low-fertility/health vassals whose heir is their liege, reducing unintended vassal inheritance
