-Redesigned Tiny Settlement, reverted buildings back to vanilla.
-Redesigned Port South, remade walls and added a dock.
-Redesigned Bark, added a dock and more clutter. Moved the wind generators.

-Redesigned Heft, added much more details to make it feel like an impressive capitol city.

-Fixed well clipping into Barracks in Stack.
-Fixed broken navmesh on walls in Heng. Added 2 more sideways wall ramps.

-Removed 1 floating turret in Black Scratch.
-Removed 2 floating large wall lights and 1 clipping flat shelter in Waystation (Border Zone).
-Removed empty Dust Bandit camp which was accidentally merged into Rebel Base.
-Removed non-vanilla Phoenix statue from Holy Farm (Okran's Pride west.)
