Doombringer Sigil now grants armor penetration

The [BIG SHOT] ability of The Spam Cannon now has a 2.5 second cooldown instead of 3 seconds, but the damage
multiplier was also reduced from 11.5x to 10.5x

Staff of the Frost Hydra now actually deals Magic+Summon damage like the tooltip says

Space Trasher’s damage randomization and positive bias increased, mana cost slightly decreased

Reduced damage of The Prime Time from 58 to 56, increased use time from 38 to 40

Adjusted the drop rates of MANY various items

Increased damage of Libeerator from 11 to 14
