Another update fixing a little mistake. Fixed an issue that prevented more sonars from been added. Hopefully this should be the last update fixing stupid mistakes.

Torpedoes were running out of electricity and wouldn't detect any targets. Added two small batteries to each. Also tweaked a few of the settings in the sonar MC.
