Small Update to the ship.

- Name change from the 'Ring Type 1' to the 'Pulsar RT-1'

- Updated some of her textures

- Fixed her back ramp so its accessible and you don't need to crouch to get in

- removed her top Laser Turret and reinforced her top hull armor

- Added a Warp Drive to her build cost and spawn in
