Now the Western Roman Empire cannot abolish the Eastern Roman Empire. This is my intentional design. The two empires prove each other's dejure. Now Romans in the Roman Empire or Western Rome can abolish the East-West division and unify Rome by a new decision, no longer requiring the old pretenders decision.
